We worked with Heathrow’s People Team on Flight to Extraordinary: Stopover – a wellbeing-focused away day designed for People Team colleagues. The event built on the existing Flight to Extraordinary programme and included environmental branding, large-format graphics, signage, digital assets and experiential elements across the venue.
Heathrow wanted to build on the success of the previous away day while promoting its new wellbeing strategy and evolving the Flight to Extraordinary theme. The event needed to create a wellbeing festival look and feel while remaining recognisably Heathrow and maintaining a corporate aesthetic. The brief also required different moods and environments across the venue, alongside interactive and engaging experiences that encouraged colleagues to reconnect with wellbeing and each other.
We developed a visual identity and suite of assets centred around the idea of a wellbeing “stopover”. The project included festival wristbands, hotel flags, foyer graphics, registration areas, stage graphics, wayfinding, digital screens and large-format environmental graphics. We also designed experiential areas using props, bunting, deckchairs, illuminated displays, oversized flowers and branded installations to transform the venue into an immersive event space.
