GRID Prospectus

We partnered with the University of Glasgow’s Economic Development team to produce the first-ever prospectus for the Glasgow Riverside Innovation District (GRID). The aim was to showcase GRID as a leading destination for global investors, start-ups, and businesses looking to grow in a vibrant, future-focused environment.

The challenge:

The prospectus needed to capture GRID’s unique mix of strengths — world-class research, active business clusters, and a strong sense of community. It also had to feel modern, and be flexible enough to stay relevant for the next few years.

The solution:

Taking inspiration from the line “Where innovation meets opportunity,” we designed a bold, 20-page prospectus that feels both premium and approachable. Each spread works as a standalone story, making it easy for different audiences to find and focus on what’s most relevant to them. Striking photography brings GRID’s sectors and community to life. The bold design ties in with GRID’s wider brand and website, making everything feel cohesive and connected. We also added a practical inside pocket for inserts and cards, so the prospectus can evolve alongside GRID’s growth.
