Whistl, one of the UK’s leading logistics providers, asked us to design and produce their 2024 ESG Report, supported by a separate GRI and SASB Content Index. Building on the success of the previous year’s publications—which helped them secure the Sustainability Award at the 2024 Direct Commerce Awards—these reports highlight Whistl’s sustainability strategy, progress towards net zero, and commitment to transparent reporting.
Whistl needed to share a wide range of environmental, social and governance initiatives with audiences including employees, customers and regulators. The ESG report had to capture key achievements such as decarbonisation, equality and diversity, and community engagement in a way that was both informative and engaging. Alongside this, the GRI report needed to provide detailed disclosures in a clear, reference-based format to align with recognised global standards.
We created the two publications tailored to their different purposes. The ESG report used visual storytelling, sectioning and infographics to bring Whistl’s strategy and progress to life, while the GRI report adopted a clean, structured format that allowed information to be easily cross-referenced against international frameworks. Together, they gave Whistl a strong, effective way to communicate their ESG commitments with clarity and impact. This project reinforces our expertise as a trusted sustainability and ESG report design agency.
