We were tasked by BSS, a leading provider of tools and equipment, to design a detailed 148-page guide. This guide showcases the extensive range of products BSS offers and serves as an essential resource for customers, facilitating an easier selection and hiring process.
The primary challenge lay in the sheer volume and variety of products, each with its unique code and set of additional extras. The guide needed to be organised to allow for easy navigation and cross-referencing between products, page numbers, and codes, ultimately aiding in upselling opportunities within the guide. We also needed to create a complex index and branch directory that was both user-friendly and visually appealing.
We developed a structured layout that handled the guide’s complexity. Utilising a combination of product photos, custom icons, diagrams, and supplier logos, we created a visually appealing guide that made navigating through hundreds of products a simplified experience for BSS’s customers.
