As a leading global hub, @heathrow_airport handles vast amounts of sensitive data. To mitigate cyber threats and promote vigilance among colleagues, Heathrow sought to launch a cyber security awareness campaign. The goal was to educate colleagues on the main cyber security issues, such as phishing, ransomware, and data privacy. We broke down complex cyber security topics into accessible messages that would resonate with Heathrow colleagues. Working closely with the cyber security team, who even featured in the campaign photoshoot, we designed a suite of assets to be displayed across the airport, on bus shelters and internal communications channels. Building on this campaign, we’re also working to implement e-learning modules to further train Heathrow colleagues on cyber security risks.

We supported the Invest in UK University R&D – M

We supported the Invest in UK University R&D – Midlands campaign at the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH), an event aimed at connecting the UK’s innovation landscape with a global network of investors, partners, and alumni. The goal of their attendance was to highlight the Midlands' outstanding research and development opportunities, with a focus on collaboration and pioneering work across 20 universities.

Our role included creating an engaging, fast-paced animation that highlighted investment specifics and showcased the partner universities involved. To sit alongside the initial assets we had already created, we designed specific marketing materials including a prospectus, digital assets, banners, and large-format graphics. These were all featured at the event, along with the animation and prospectus being included on the new campaign website.

We were tasked by researchers from @astonuniversit

We were tasked by researchers from @astonuniversity to design and develop key educational resources, resulting in the creation of four distinct documents—two versions in English and two in Welsh—tailored to be used by teachers across Wales. These resources aim to assist educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders in identifying contemporary children’s literature that represents creators and characters with diverse racial and ethnic identities. They will be demonstrated at national events later this year, such as the Being Human Festival 2024, OCR English subject forum, and English Association Twilight series for teachers.

The resources received overwhelmingly positive feedback from educators in a feedback survey conducted by the researchers at Aston University. The project will also be included on the Welsh Government website, where the resources will be made available to teachers nationwide.

Senior Lecturer at Aston University, said:
We chose Creative Triangle to work with on this project as we previously had a great experience working with them on other projects. These also involved communicating research recommendations to educators, policymakers, and the general public in lively and informative ways. However, this new brief took things to the next level: we needed versions in two languages, that maintained the same structure, look and feel across all the resources. No mean feat! Creative Triangle understood the brief easily, liaised with us to produce a template that would work across the resources, then worked painstakingly to embed the English and Welsh text into it. They accommodated feedback from our stakeholders and translation team. It helps that they work swiftly, responsively, and facilitate a good dialogue.

As part of their ongoing commitment to sustainability, @heathrow_airport aimed to tackle the significant waste generated by single-use coffee cups. With over 200,000 coffee cups used annually at the Compass Centre alone, this amounted to over 2.7 tons of avoidable waste. We were tasked with creating an easy-to-follow animated video that would communicate the benefits and operation of the Cauli reusable cup system to staff and visitors. The animation highlighted how the smart system works, from scanning the reusable cups to returning them via smart kiosks, ensuring users clearly understood the process and the environmental impact of reducing single-use cups.

Creative Triangle recently completed the design and artwork for @wqecollege’s 2025 entry prospectus. WQE is a large, thriving, and vibrant Sixth Form College in Leicester, providing courses for nearly 4,000 students. Their prospectus design needed to reflect their core values: Curiosity, Commitment, Challenge, Community, and Consideration. Our vibrant and versatile design encapsulated these values through graphical elements woven into the creative architecture.

We developed a modern and bold design to stand out in a competitive market. We directed a photoshoot using dynamic lighting and rich tones, featuring current students and staff to create a bespoke, powerful visual style. The vibrant colours and new imagery across their two campuses bring their marketing to life. Additionally, we are currently working on their website design and build, a virtual open day film, and a governors information pack.

We have worked with @thomas_pocklington_trust for several years and have produced a number of reports focusing on accessibility in the world of education and sport.

TPT, a leading advocate for blind and partially sighted people, required an accessible document for their report titled “A Vision for VI Education.” It outlined five key building blocks necessary for improving the educational experiences of blind and partially sighted students and will be an important document to speak to key stakeholders, including the Government. The document needed to be informative and fully accessible to WCAG 2.2 guidelines, ensuring it could be read and navigated easily by all audiences.

@heathrow_airport recently appointed Creative Triangle to create a vibrant internal campaign to unite and motivate colleagues amidst significant changes across the airport. The campaign also needed to deliver crucial summer messaging during the busiest period on record. We developed a multi-channel, three-month campaign, designed to bring colleagues together under the Beacon of a ‘winning team’. The “Get, Set, Go! Summer” tagline was applied to posters, email footers, social media assets and merchandise, leveraging major summer sporting events to engage Heathrow colleagues. Weekly digital competitions, themed around major sporting events, encouraged participation and teamwork, while extraordinary colleagues were highlighted through nominations and shout-outs.

@heritagefunduk commissioned Creative Triangle to produce a pair of animated films, one of which is to give guidance and information about their grant application process. Hosted on the Heritage Fund website, the aim of this film is to act as an introduction and gateway to the application process, supporting in-depth written guidance, by presenting the information in a more digestible, visual way and aimed particularly at first time applicants. We scripted the film, recorded voiceovers, and designed the animation making use of the Heritage Fund’s existing b-roll footage and icons, with new visuals and on-screen text that illustrate key points in a simple way.
