Heathrow has recently submitted its H8 Business Plan to the Civil Aviation Authority, setting out a £10bn privately funded investment in resilience, sustainability and passenger experience for 2027–2031.
Our brief was to design and produce a report that was both accessible and easy to read, while working to extremely tight deadlines. The report consisted of 406 pages with over 200 technical charts and tables, making the content both detailed and complex. With input from multiple stakeholders across the business, the copy was changing and needed careful handling. On top of that, the finished document had to stand up to regulatory scrutiny while still being easy for passengers and the public to follow.
We designed and produced a fully accessible, WCAG 2.2-compliant report exceeding 400 pages, together with a redacted version for public release. Having worked alongside Heathrow for more than 20 years, we understood the importance of bringing clarity, brand values, consistency and structure to such a complex submission. Our role was not only to manage the scale of the material but also to transform highly technical information into content that could communicate effectively across different audiences.

“It’s been a pleasure working with Creative Triangle; they have helped us create a document that we are incredibly proud of – showcasing our work and landing key messages effectively. They worked tirelessly to hit tight deadlines, with a positive and collaborative attitude throughout.”
