Heathrow’s People Team asked us to help visualise their 3-year People Strategy and 2026 People Team Objectives in a way that was clear, engaging and easy for colleagues to understand. The work needed to show how the People Strategy connects to Heathrow’s wider strategy and how objectives cascade from the organisation through leadership, teams and individuals, while also reflecting the future look and feel Heathrow is working towards in 2028/29.
We needed to bring several layers of strategy and objectives into a single, clear visual story based on the mission of “powering a winning team, through creating extraordinary experiences”. The content included Heathrow’s strategic priorities, the People Strategy and the six People objectives, all of which needed to connect clearly and make sense to different audiences, from individuals in the People Team through to senior leaders. The visuals needed to support understanding without becoming overly complex or instructional.
We created a series of future feeling bold, layered visuals and an animation that use photography, graphic overlays and clear messaging to bring the People Strategy to life. Each visual focuses on one of the six People objectives, using a consistent layout and visual language to show how they link back to the wider Heathrow strategy. Designed to work across both digital and physical formats, the visuals provide a simple, engaging way to understand the strategy, the 2026 objectives and how individual roles contribute to the bigger picture.
