New Projects
Heathrow – H8 Business Plan
This year, Heathrow submitted its H8 Business Plan to the Civil Aviation Authority, setting out a £10bn privately funded investment in resilience, sustainability and passenger experience for 2027–2031. We supported the submission by designing, artworking, project managing and producing a fully accessible, WCAG 2.2 compliant report of more than 400 pages, along with a redacted version for public release. Having worked with Heathrow for over 20 years, our role was to bring clarity, brand values, structure, and consistency to a very detailed and complex document. It’s always rewarding to help turn technical content into something that speaks clearly to different audiences — from regulators to passengers.
WQE College – 25/26 Student Engagement
WQE is a large Sixth Form College in Leicester, providing courses for nearly 4,000 students. To reflect its values of Curiosity, Commitment, Challenge, Community, and Consideration, WQE needed creative materials to capture the energy of college life and appeal to prospective students. We began with the 2025 prospectus, developing a bold design with dynamic graphics and a photoshoot featuring authentic student portraits. Building on this, we redesigned the website with clear navigation and a consistent visual identity. To support recruitment further, we produced two films: a virtual open day and an enticer for prospective Year 10 students.
Ash-Shahada Housing Association – 24-25 Annual Report
Ash-Shahada Housing Association (ASHA) provides affordable, culturally sensitive housing across London and Birmingham. For their 2024/25 Annual Report, they required a WCAG-compliant, community-led report that would resonate with residents, stakeholders, and Parliament alike. We began by refreshing ASHA’s visual identity. Their logo was refined for greater consistency, and we created a new colour palette inspired by the boroughs they serve. We then designed the report with tenant testimonials integrated throughout, and data-heavy sections were made easier to navigate through colour-coding and hierarchy.

Out and about
The team have been out and about recently, visiting clients across the UK — including Channel 4, Ash-Shahada Housing Association, the University of Glasgow, the University of Bedfordshire and Heathrow. While Teams is a great tool, nothing beats meeting our clients face to face, and it’s always a pleasure to connect in person and strengthen those relationships.
